At least eight people have died after a cloudburst occurred at the Amarnath Cave Shrine near Pahalgam in south Kashmir.
What is a Cloudburst?
- Cloudbursts are short-duration, intense rainfall events over a small area.
- According to the IMD, it is a weather phenomenon with unexpected precipitation exceeding 100mm/h over a geographical region of approximately 20-30 square km.
What causes Cloudburst?
- A study published last year studied the meteorological factors behind the cloudburst over the Kedarnath region.
- They analysed atmospheric pressure, temperature, rainfall, cloud water content, cloud fraction, cloud particle radius, cloud mixing ratio, total cloud cover, wind speed, wind direction, and relative humidity during the cloudburst, before as well as after the cloudburst.
- The results showed that during the cloudburst, the relative humidity and cloud cover was at the maximum level with low temperature and slow winds.
- It is expected that because of this situation a high amount of clouds may get condensed at a very rapid rate and result in a cloudburst.
Impact of climate change
- Several studies have shown that climate change will increase the frequency and intensity of cloudbursts in many cities across the globe.
- As temperatures increase the atmosphere can hold more and more moisture and this moisture comes down as a short very intense rainfall for a short duration.
- This results in flash floods in the mountainous areas and urban floods in the cities.
- Also, there is evidence suggesting that globally short-duration rainfall extremes are going to become more intense and frequent.

Thunderstorms result from the rapid upward movement of warm, moist air. They can occur inside warm, moist air masses and at fronts. As the warm, moist air moves upward, it cools, condenses, and forms cumulonimbus clouds that can reach heights of over 20 km (12.45 miles). The thunderstorms are associated with the cumulonimbus clouds. These clouds normally form on warm sunny days but they can also be found on cold front. But this question is asking about the Thunder i.e. the sound produced. The lightning generates between 100 million and 1 billion volts of electricity and can heat the air to around 50K°F. The rapid expansion causes the shock waves. Thunder happens because the lightning would heat the air at huge temperatures and the air expands so fast that it make a loud clap of thunder. Option D

Cloud projects are always about calculating and optimizing costs. In general, the issue of calculating the cost of infrastructure and other services in the cloud market is much less transparent than in conventional projects. You will have to pay for each service you use. Virtual machines, disk operations, traffic, database writes, containers are all resources that will cost money, and under load, a lot of money.

I agree with many comments, projects in the cloud of companies are always related to the calculation and optimization of costs, that is why hybrid cloud solutions are always useful, they were created exclusively for this type of work, so it will always be the most recommendable

To get a good cloud, one always has to analyze the company that is being contracted and see what quality of cloud is given to us, although I agree with many comments, between a common cloud and a hybrid, clearly the hybrid is much better for Whichever way you look at it, the comment from the user who recommended a hybrid cloud from the company “itoutposts” I just checked it and it looks incredible, what they offer seems to be of very good quality, surely I will hire that company

I was reading the comments and I see all positive comments about it, I was looking for a cloud service but now I have doubts whether to ask for a cloud or a hybrid cloud, I think I will opt for the second, letting myself be guided by the comments, the second is better
