Communications Manager Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead our communications department. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage the content and production of all marketing materials.
2. Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
3. Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
4. Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts programs within the business and assigned departments.
5. Liaise with PR agencies and sustain effective relations.
6. Taking ownership and developing strategies for Social Media.
7. Strategising and executing all forms of out-bound communication. 

Skills Required:

1. Strong, versatile, and effective writing skills
2. Good organisational, planning, and coordination skills
3. Ability to multi-task and re-prioritise as needed
4. Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
6. Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
8. Good verbal presentation, group dynamic, and facilitation skills
9. Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues

Experience requirement:

1. 3+ years of experience in content development and strategy formulation.
2. Demonstrated experience with social media platforms.
3. Digital marketing experience of 3+ years would be preferred.
4. Experience of working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
